Here at Mavi Homes, we like to think of ourselves as a young, energetic and enterprising company which prides itself on delivering quality domestic residential building work.

The company has evolved from a successful carpentry business and it’s from this experience that we are able to ensure that all building work is performed to the highest standard.

Of course, building your project to the highest level of quality and care is only part of what we stand for; communication with our clients and always meeting our contractual duties is also our number one priority. 

Our office is based in the inner city suburb of Moonee Ponds giving us a good base to undertake inner city work and providing easy access to the outer suburbs. It’s from our office that we have also set up the necessary tools and project management systems to handle all project work within the residential domestic sector.

George Raftopoulos – Managing Director
Being a qualified carpenter and having run his own successful carpentry business, George has had a ‘hands on’ experience in building new homes, extensions, renovations and unit developments.

George has also been responsible for the supervision of trades and direction of building works on numerous high end residential projects with this role continuing under the Mavi Homes banner.

Having this background and experience has given George a fine eye for detail to ensure that each project is built to the finish, quality and expectations of the client.
