If you have purchased land in a new estate, are planning to knockdown that old home, or are thinking of a unit development, we can build you that new home!  

Unlike many of the larger scale builders, we offer a more personolised service where we can assist you through our architects and designers to create your own design, within your budget.   

We have also developed our own ‘Mavi Homes’ designs which feature the latest in architectural design and living. For those that prefer the more traditional look and feel, we are working on a new and exciting design concept which we can’t wait to bring on to the market. If you already have a design we can quickly provide you with a fixed price on all the building costs based on one of our three inclusion packages.  These packages give you the option of selecting the type of materials, finish, fixtures and fittings so that even with your own design, you’re still in control of the cost.

Of course we’re flexible in our approach, so whether you come to us with a design or at the beginning of your new home journey, we will always work to tailor a package and price that meets your needs.
