What is a fixed price contract?
Under this contract type, the work will be carried out for an agreed firm price so you know exactly what you’re new home, extension, renovation or unit development will cost.
What is the required deposit?
For projects under $20,000, a 10% deposit is required. For projects over $20,000, a 5% deposit is required. The deposit is collected when a contract is signed.
What is the warranty period for my new home, extension or renovation?
For all work over $12,000 you will be covered by warranty insurance which we will take out on your behalf. The warranty insurance period covers you for 6 years for structural defects and 2 years for non structural defects from the date of an occupancy permit or certificate of final completion being issued.
