We have also come up with the ‘Green Inclusion Package’ which exceeds the 5 star requirements and offers you extra energy and water saving features at an affordable price.

Our approach to green living is part of the journey we take with you throughout Design, Planning and Construction & Handover:

Design & Planning Stage
This early stage plays the biggest role in designing and planning for a sustainable home that meets your requirements and is within your budget. 

Our architect can design you new home, extension or renovation with sustainability in mind and we can also provide advice on enhancing any existing design to be more ‘green’.

Construction Stage
Our goal here is to minimise the impact of construction works on the environment and to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill. We aim to achieve this on all our projects.

For larger developments we also implement a site specific Environmental Waste Management Plan. This helps to ensure that site specific activities are planned for, managed and controlled in way that respects the local surrounds and reduces our impact on the environment.

Handover Stage
We want to ensure that you’re aware of the sustainability features that have been installed or form part of your new home, extension or renovation and we aim to walk you through these features at the handover stage.
We will also supply you with a ‘Green Living Kit’ which will include recommendations on green living in your home, details of how your house should perform and any maintenance and operational requirements.
