Before Construction
Once we have discussed you’re requirements and know what stage you’re at, we will present to you, free of charge, a ‘Building Brief’ document which will outline our service and building inclusions and a quote for the building works. This document may also outline any necessary requirements from you prior to construction commencing, and provide recommendations that we believe may be of assistance to you and the project.

We can provide you with a fixed price based on a full set of plans and documentation that you have already prepared, or we can assist you with the design and obtaining plans from one of our qualified architects or designers. We can also assist with obtaining the necessary planning and building approvals. Whatever your needs are during this early stage, we are here to help!

As part of our service, we can also provide a total turnkey solution to your building needs to ensure that everything is taken care of and the only thing for you to do is enjoy your new home!
On the other hand, we realise that there are those who may prefer to do some of the finishing work themselves or organise this at a later stage (i.e. painting, landscaping, paving etc). Therefore we are also happy to quote based on your requirements.

If you are happy with the price and inclusions as detailed in the Building Brief, we will then prepare the necessary contract documentation, including a detailed specification which clearly states all the building materials, fittings, fixtures and finishes so that you are aware of what’s included in the fixed price contract sum. It’s during this stage that we will organise a meeting with you to go over these inclusions, show you the necessary product examples and answer any questions you may have.

Once the contract is signed by both parties and the required deposit has been paid, we will then organise for the construction to commence!

During Construction
This is the most exciting part of the journey where you’re plans become reality!

We believe that communication here is just as important as prior to signing a contract and we know you’ll appreciate being ‘kept in the loop’ with progress and how everything’s going.

We aim to update our clients weekly with construction progress (be it a quick phone call or short email) and we can even provide periodic project schedules which will show the progress of the project.

We also believe in meeting our clients on site to personally go through the progress with them. In fact, we encourage this prior to each progress payment stage so you can personally see the how you’re new home, extension or renovation is coming to life!

Completion
Our service to you doesn’t end with the completion of your new home, extension or renovation!

We believe in staying in contact with our clients once construction is complete and always attending to any issues within a timely matter.
